Digital mapping is a tool that provides a visual component to migration research. The Haitians Abroad resaerch team is hard at work creating several interactive maps to highlight to the different levels of Haitian migration. This is separated into three sections. The first section includes a interacive map of the total movement of Haitians in our database entitled "Mapping Haitians Abroad." The second section, "Mapping Haitian Networks,"  maps Haitian Communities within a city or region.  The third section, "Mapping Haitian Narratives" reviews individual Haitians narratives and their journey throughout the Altantic World. As Haitians Abroad is a “living archive," maps will be continuous added an updated on this site.
